Delivery

Orders ship from UK stock. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days; the product page states anything different. You'll get an email with tracking when your order dispatches.

Returns

Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send the item back — we extend this to a straightforward 30-day window. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us — we'll replace or refund, including return postage.
