Rechargeable Motion-Sensor Light (magnetic mount)

A slim rechargeable LED strip light with a motion sensor and a magnetic mount. Ours lives on the inside of a van door; it comes on when the door opens in the dark and nobody has ever pressed its switch.

Why we picked it: the magnetic mount plus motion sensing makes it a fit-and-forget upgrade for the three dark places every tradesperson has — the van, the garage shelves, the space over the bench. Charge it monthly off USB and it just works.

Honest limits: it's an area light, not a work light — think "can find the right box now" rather than "can inspect terminations". The sensor is warm-body-in-front-of-it, not room-wide. Not for permanent exterior use.
