80 metres (265ft) of flat polyester mule tape rated to 2500lbf, printed with sequential length markings. The professional way to pull cable through duct: flat tape doesn't cheese-wire into duct sweeps under tension the way round rope does, and the printed markings tell you exactly how far in you are — or how much run is left.

Why we picked it: pairs with the duct rodder as a complete pulling setup. Push the rodder through, tie on the mule tape, pull back, then pull your SWA with the tape. The length markings alone save arguments about whether the duct is 40 metres or 60.

Honest limits: 2500lbf is the tape's rating, not your winch licence — heavy LV pulls still want proper planning, lubricant and a straight face at the other end. Single-use purists re-pull a fresh tape with every cable; realists re-use it until the markings wear.
